The charm and appeal of covered bridges spanning country creeks and slow winding rivers are at the heart of our new Bridge House design. So for that unique fondness we have placed an eclectic blend of warm rustic materials into an enjoyable layout dedicated to "good ole' country living.
A pair of working water wheels included to generate electricity further substantiate that call to happier times and a much less complicated era and existence. This fondness goes way back in time to when my ancestors sailed from France, settling into Quebec. There they built saw mills and grist mills, most often located by rivers and powered by the water driving the water wheels and the entire operation. There the river is always singing a joy filled peaceful song!
