The Fort

The Fort is an exceptional structure, capable of hosting many outdoor events. It's many indoor shops will be be open year round, offering finely crafted goods produced by top artisans and craftsman. And the young at heart of all ages will surely always remember their visit to this Fort.


Features Included in this project:

  • The outdoor Amphitheater features an elevated covered stage for outdoor concerts and events.

  • The fort is approximately 400’ x 400’ with a 25’ walk-about for scenic views and seating.

  • There is 280,000 square foot of covered retail space. Large glassed windows and entry door will be at the front, covered under the 15' deep wrap around porch.

  • The porches and the shops showcase large profile Douglas Fir log posts and beamery.

  • The four (4) inside corners will have food concessions, storage and commercial restrooms.

  • A covered stage equipped with a state of the art sound system.

  • 4 horse stables with 4 stalls each will shelter the horses and wagons for show events.

  • 100’ x 100’ concrete pad for square dancing.

  • 20 gas fed fire pits and a 65’ flag pole.

  • LED lighting will complement the fort inside and out with additional features to provide a controlled environment for the movement of people and safety during events.

In Summary:

The Fort will be part of a true Outdoorsman dream with rock climbing equipment, hunting equipment and gear. Canoe and Kayak sales and rental for enthusiasts to spend the day on the lake or local rivers, with fishing gear to include unique handmade lures made and sold by Fishing Enthusiast / Entrepreneurs. The Resort will plan and host Fishing Tournaments and tours, and many other "barrels of fun" events.

Multiple views of the inside of many of the office spaces are shown, less the final design of how each shop will be set up for each business. We are not showing baths, elevators, storage and other peripherals.
