The Gathering Place

Gathering: "an assembly or meeting, especially a social or festive one or one held for a specific purpose. "a family gathering".

By definition alone, as noted above, a gathering holds very special significance, especially for the loved ones we know and refer to as our family. Those dear and precious individuals we cherish and hold most important in our lives.

In consideration for a dedicated location and place that one may choose to offer as a gathering place, a good host always desires to provide the most comfortable and welcoming setting possible. We have designed and built many small, humble cottages for some such needs, and these cottages have always been real favorites of ours.

Then there are the occasions where a larger setting is desired, even necessary. In lieu of that instance, we want to post a new home design we are now previewing, that we have simply and aptly named, The Gathering Place.

This strong design is available in customer's architectural choice of log, timber framing & SIPS panels, ICF walls, or conventionally framed with timbered elements throughout. Any or all of these elements may also be combined for an exceptional vision of styling. This is truly an aesthetically attractive design, symmetrically balanced on all sides.
