One of the current designs we have been developing is a log post and beam structure designed as an office. With nearly 35,000 square foot of finished structure, including porch and deck areas, this design features over 100 offices and an employee restaurant.
Other amenities include 17 executive offices with their own private bathrooms, indoor dining as well as alfresco dining and exterior grilling, employee lounges on two floors, stair cases and elevator service, ADA compliance, and fireplaces on all levels of this 4 story design. And of special interest is the large handcrafted scribe fit log joinery, bold soaring roof lines, the grand porte cochere drive under entry, and the prow gable and wall of glass that provides breathtaking exterior views from the great room and the 2 upper loft areas above it.
